i am 33 years male today i checked my LFT. the results are SGOT-56,SGPT-49,ALKALINE PHOSPHTASE-143, TOTAL BILIRUBIN-3.2 iam not alchoholic and not smoking, please suggest me is this any serious ? how to reduce SGOT and SGPT
