Hi, Sir I Am Talking About My Mom, Who Is

hi, sir i am talking about my mom, who is near about 46 year old. before 3 year she was operated of gallbladder after then she suffering from the problem of gas-tic now from last week she has pain in both side of stomach as well as Chest. suddenly she feel too cold for a minute then it heated (jalan) around her brest. fever come for minimum 2 min only after interval of 3-4 hour interval. she is feeling so much weakness also.
Plz suggest me what to do....
