Hi So I Had My Period About A Week And

hi so i had my period about a week and a half ago and i started again i thought it would be normal but it started off dark and its been about 8hrs and my pad isnt even full at all its just a little but dark red im not on any birth control i have had 3 pregnancies 2 miscarriages but after every birth i went bak to my regular periods that last 7 days.. This just never has happened to me can i be pregnant or an infection ??
