Hi, So I Was Just Wanting An Opinion On Weather

hi, so i was just wanting an opinion on weather i should see a doctor or not. i have this sore throat and ive been coughing a lot and my neck is sore. but weird part is that every once in a while when i cough , i cough up what seems to be tissue and blood and mucus mixture , i know it definitely not mucus texture. i have had enough coughs and sore throats in my time, and i have never seen that before.
