Hi, The Head Of My Penis Has Recently Become A

hi, the head of my penis has recently become a little inflamed (not sore) and the edge of the head is a little swollen and purple in colour, I've also developed tiny white spots underneath on the shaft of my penis, me and my partner always use protection but im a little worried.
