Hi There, I Have A Question About My Head. I

hi there, I have a question about my head. I fell out of a moving golf cart about a year and a half ago
and split my head open and was unconscious for un unknown amount of time. The spot I split open is still painful to the touch and often opens up. lately my headaches have been getting more common and Im experiencing dizziness and sometimes memory loss and confusion. I have fallen down the stairs due to the dizziness in the past and surely when I hit my head that time I only made it worse.
I never had a scan or had it looked into much but I know something isn't right. what should I be looking for?
