Hi There :) I Have A Question. For The Last

hi there :) I have a question. for the last two days I have had a lot of throat pain, it hurts to eat, swallow, etc, and I find its getting worse by the day.... do you have any idea what this may be? I went and saw a doctor tonight and he said it wasn't anything to worry about, just a typical "sore throat" and he told me to take advil or ibuprofin, I hate to doubt doctors but I think he is wrong. I have also been developing cold like symbptoms as well. suck as sneezing coughing, and runny and stuffed nose... thanks in advance!
