Hi There, I Have Had Ongoing Pain Since Last November

I have had ongoing pain since last November many tests carried out plus ultrasound which came back clear. I also did the 2 weeks of 4 lots of antibiotics to treat PID even though nothing was detected. There were two things that happened that could have been the cause. I used a lubricant 1 hour before i got unusual urine symptoms...I have gotten urine infection from a lubricant before but not this one. The second think was the person who gave oral to me had bad breath which made me think maybe i caught something.

The first thing that occurred was my urine felt like it was being retained and i felt like i was going to wet myself. By nigh time my urine smelt foul so i took 2 ural saches. By the next morning trying to urinate was very painful and there were quite a few droplets of blood. i went o the doctor they did urine sample and gave me antibiotics for urine infection even though it was not confirmed. I took them rested for 3 days went back to doctor ad tey told me urine infection was not present but thrush was and gave me something for that. They also said to continue using the antibiotics as symptoms were getting better. I still felt like i needed to rest a little but instead went off an d was sexually active an d everytime i was i felt like i was going to wet myself and it hurt.
I noticed things like when i was pressing my up stairs i coudl feel a vague pain. By nearly few weeks after it was so bad after everytime i was having sex i went back to the doctor. The doctor pressed on my pelvis and i threw her hand off it hurt so much and was screaming for her to take out the spectrum. She said that was not normal and sent me to emergency department at hospital. They were very unsure but said they had to treat me for PID so they did. I finished the 2 weeks pain was going down but when i would walk to the kitchen it would increase it felt like my pelvis was on fire. By 2 weeks got allot better but still hurt. My results showed no sign of chlamydia or anything and ultrasound was normal.

Anyhow it has past so many months around 9 i have spent most of it resting but i still have a vague pain. Which now the are saying the want to look inside with camera which i dont want to do.
Another thing that i have been wondering as the person which whom i had inter coarse with was quite large and hurt me, could this have caused this? or urine infection but that could not be detected properly cause i too ural? or is it Pid?
Please help if anyone can...I am really miserable being in pain constantly, when i run they pain comes back, when i wear tight pants pain starts again when i hold box or something against my knee...pain is back.
