Hi There. I Have Just Had Left Shoulder Arthroscopy And

hi there. I have just had left shoulder arthroscopy and rotator cuff surgery. My pain in my left shoulder is not dissipating. Instead my left leg is completely numb which includes my ankles slash toes. I cannot wiggle my toes. Is this a common side effect. please help. thanks
