Hi There. I Have On Melonetta For Almost Two Weeks...

hi there. i have on melonetta for almost two weeks... I recently had a iud removed as it caused lots of continous everymorning bleeding about an ounce then bleeds through out the day... the smell was very unpleasant...like dead meat... this thankfully has improved although on Melonnetta i am still spotting all day and now I have very loose stools... like watery custard... I have no cramps or other symptoms...i thought it may have been a bug??? but unsure as it has been a week now with same loose stools.. not improving? my back at the same time has spasmed and Im in a lot of low back pain??? I am overseas and so am not with my regular Doctor...would really appreciate some wisdom?
