Hi There I Wanted To Know My Son Had A

hi there i wanted to know my son had a bump like a bubble a few weeks ago then his dad put polysporin and it took over a weeks to get the infection out now hw has little white bumps allover his legs and almost like scabs and some are white im wondering if this could be caused from cleanliness as he lives with his father and my son claims to not bathe regularily
