Hi There, Last Night I Experience Twitching/jerking Of My First

hi there, last night i experience twitching/jerking of my first one of my arm then the other, head, migrate, also felt stiff and movement is limited and robotic, it last for a while more than 5 minutes... within an hour i think. Also felt i can only stare straight, and "waking up" feeling confuse just to repeat again and again.

Now i feel the most jerked part from yesterday is kind of stiff and sore.
