Hi There My Boyfriend Has Pancreantits, We Thought He Was

hi there my boyfriend has pancreantits, we thought he was having a falir up today so we went into the hospital and it wasnt his pancreas this time. his spleen was inflammed and we arent sure why?? kinda freaked me out.. they sent him home with meds and 48 liquad diet .. what could have caused that?
