Hi There, My Husband Had His Ultra Sound Done Last

hi there, my husband had his ultra sound done last week and the doctors told us that he has only one kidney and that might have been one since birth .what are the drawback and should i be worrying much coz i am taking a lot of stress coz of this.please help.
