Hi There... Over A Week Now My Daughter Has Had

hi there... over a week now my daughter has had vaginal discharge she is 3 years old 4 in july... I had been given cream from chemist which has taken away the itch but I see there is still slight redness and discharge.. yellow in colour at the beginning there was a kinda brown discharge. yesterday and today she has been feeling unwell with a temp and today has developed a sore mouth with a red tounge... im feel a bit anxious now I know I will need to see doctor tomorrow...
