Hi There, Sitting Playing The Piano On Christmas Morning I

hi there, sitting playing the piano on Christmas morning I suddenly experienced a wierd pulse in front of and above my left ear , it has continued , I felt odd, am lying down now, I have a nasty cold that makes it tricky to breath at times, and it is christmas, I have three noisy kids and was up till 2, my guess is tiredness, but just checking....
