Hi There Today Is My 7th Day Going Cold Turkey

hi there today is my 7th day going cold turkey off methadone. Ive taken immodiam and gravel which seem to subside the withdrawals slightly however I'm anxious and can't sleep and the weird part about this all is I'm constantly starving. i need to know what else i can take over the counter to help me through this?
