Hi.. This Is For My Sister In Law Who Has

hi.. this is for my sister in law who has vertigo problem since nearly a year. and other than the problem with her ear and dizziness and nausea she was told that in her upper part of spinal chord 3 or 4th vertebra has gotten fused. she was breastfeeding her baby too which further aggravated? something. will you able to help us understand whats that actually? and whats the best treatment for that. shes seeing a chiropractor though. thanks
