Hi This Is Imran Suffering From Piles Since 15 Damn

hi this is imran suffering from piles since 15 damn years got this xylocaine jelly very usefull after using it, hence i could not have slept in nite.i think its a boon to me very relaxing, but i cldnt get this tube here in mumbai...what happened i dont know but since it has stopped selling here in mumbai i cant sleep any more. i have had used alternative tubes but failed no one medicine is as good as xylocaine, can u pls tell me where shd i get this tube in mumbai...waiting
