I am 64 good health take 10mg lisinopril per day I just started taking l-arginine supplement 6 capsules per day n am stating to notice an increase in pulse n heart racing a little n in the squat position when I stand up I get some dizziness.. should I lower the dosage of l-arginine. I just took my bp it was 98/74 91 pulse
