hi, we were told my brother had a stroke. He is a diabetic and had both legs amputated. He is unable to talk, he understands what we say to him and at times tries to speak he also does not go to the bathroom for bowel movements? I do not know what type of stroke he had. Is there something that we can do to help him? He does not have problems with his left or right side, he is able to move his limbs.
