Hi When I Ejaculate Its A Clear Color With A

hi when i ejaculate its a clear color with a white cloud and i have to atleast three for five times in a row and i get s musty sulfer smell that comes to my niose sometimes without me ejactuaclting n i have a pressure in my right testicale that hurts until i relief the ejaculation u was test for gonnerau and clauymidau and the result came back negative there was no bacteria growing i took the antiboitics jus in case and i feel a litlle better but still haven the ejacule problem n smell problem n pain problem but my sperm seems the coming out so much easier not as thick and a little more watered down
