Hi Would Like To Know What Is Hazy Densities Seen

hi would like to know what is hazy densities seen in the right paracardiac area, heart is enlarded with LV form, atherosclerotic aorta, osteodegenerative changes, deviated treacheal shadow to the left positional vs. external compression. these are the results of chest xray of my mother who's 79 years old already..
