Hi Yes I Am Having Server Right Side And I

hi yes I am having server right side and I have no appendix I have it taken out 2 years ago and now I am having server pain with a 103 and the pain has been there since yesterday I went to ER twice and they did blood test and my white cells came ab normal and did ct scans and xray and unltrasound on my gallbladder and everything came back fine and today I can't stand straight up and the pain meds they gave has not help at all. what should i do?
