Hi Yesterday I Noticed A Small White Thing( I Don't

hi yesterday I noticed a small white thing( I don't know how to describe it) at the bottom of my right testicle, it's so small I can't really feel it when I touch it, it's a mini rectangle shape, I first thought it was tissue, or fluff cos it's so small, only when it wouldn't go away I realised it isn't, what do you think this could be?
