Hi..I Had A Right Tibia Plateau Fracture In November 2015.

hi..I had a right tibia plateau fracture in November 2015. First..we had an external fixator for 3 weeks. Then removed and had internal hardware in place. Never had a broken bone before. It sure seems like a long process. February 2016 I was able to do weight bearing as tolorated. To date..still not walking without some sort of assisted device..walker,cane or crutch. How long can this take? Im not a very good patient when it comes to sitting still for any length of time. This has brought me to a stand still. Any advice
