Hi,I Have A Brand New Hip{2012} An It Pops All

hi,I have a brand new hip{2012} an it pops all the time,an gets stuck often,then i found a bump on right leg,{new hip is right hip}.deep nto my cafe,gets bigger an i beleave it moves,iv been to the er,Its not a blood clot thy said.It feels hard,an its starting to be bothersum.and kinda burns a little,{which just started.what do I do?
