hi......I have completely lost faith about overcoming my addiction to masturbation.......I have tried my best........a lot of times I stuck to my words & stopped this........but it lasts max. for 3-4 days.......i was helpless.........but.....i have to stop my addiction to masturbation......'cause iam a 16 year old kid.....n this was started at my age of 9........this fucking thing is completely spoiling my studies n my career......my studies are being totally disturbed because of this......i should and i must stop my addiction.......I will wish to God to bless you if u could pls. help me........i want to know about the impact of masturbation on studies n intelligence...............pls help me sir....!!
