Hi,...My Daughter Who Is 18 Is Having What We Labeled

hi,...My daughter who is 18 is having what we labeled as episodes....It has randomly been going on for almost two years -about 12- then it seemed to stop for awhile. Now it has started back up and has happened 3 times in the last week. She has a sudden onset of nauseness and then loses all her muscle strenghth. She says her inner core feels very hot but she does not sweat or feel clammy...she feels like she has brain fog where she can hear us and is aware of everything but she is slow to communicate what she is thinking. She starts to have some twitching in her arms and legs. After about 10 minutes it starts to clear and she starts to feel better. After this happens she just feels tired an a little weak for a few hours
