i. a brown male /29, i have noticed some hypopigmentation over my penile shaft and extending towards the suprapubic region, also over the ano-genital region, itchy but resolves with fungal cream. the problem is that ive used many tubes of antifungal as well and on T.Fluconazole 300mg/wk for te last 6wks. and still not resolving
the hypo pigmentation is apparent wen te penile is flacid , it looks like sattelite lesion
i was wondering if its truly tinea cruruis or lichen sclerosis.
