Hi,i Have Been Having These Episodes For About A Month

hi,i have been having these episodes for about a month thier getting worse,instantly painfull and breath taking,i have had back problems for years but never accross the middle like now and am not sure if its my back or something else inside.i dont no how to describe except crushing pain only for seconds.what do you think
