Hi,i Have Had A Acne Problem Since Junior High (30

hi,i have had a acne problem since junior high (30 now) and non of the 100's topical and oral meds has had any major effect...question is since insurance does not cover accutane, wich of the generic brands would be the next best choice? (even thought they all have the same composition)
