Hi,i Have Stinging In My Spine And Very Uncomfortable And

hi,i have stinging in my spine and very uncomfortable and i find it hard to breath if i stand or sit certain ways,,,i have been diagnosed with osteoparosis, degenerative bone calcifercation, and 3 herniated disc lower lumber, but i have been getting uncomfortable all the way to my neck and my nose gets blocked
