Hii. I Got My Period Last Month On 18th January

hii. i got my period last month on 18th january and it's always regular but this month 3 days left from my date and still i don't get my period and i am worried because on 3rd march i am getting married so i want to be clear before my marriage ...so can regestron help me if i ll start taking this medicine today then after 3 days will i get my period??
