Hii.. My Baby Is 4 Months Old.. He Has So

hii.. my baby is 4 months old.. he has so much heat inside the body.. when i touch his head it always seems to be hot.. when ever he vomits or passes the urine it seems to be a burner inside his body.. so what can I do to reduce the heat inside his body.? iam a breast feed and uses zerolac for 2 to 3 feeds a day..
