Hi..i Was Detected With Polycistic Ovaries A Month Ago And

hi..i was detected with polycistic ovaries a month ago and missed my period for about 6 months..i took provera in order tp have my period..then i have my period on december 19 and ended december 30..just yesterday (january 5) i bleed again..its a small amount of blood but i am experiencing pain in my abdomen and thighs ..can you please give me an advice? by the way i was adviced to take duphaston for 6 months..i started last december 19 which was the first day pf my period..does it affect? thank you hope you cam help me
