Hii...I M 22years Old ,and I M Doing Masturbating Form

hii...I m 22years old ,and i m doing masturbating form last 10 years I used to masturbat 3-4 times a day than I reduce it to 1-2 and now do 2-3 times in a week ...my problem is my anal size becomes very small after doing masturbating comparing to others.....do I need to go for any cheakup ??
