Hi,idk If This Is Even A Real Thing But I

hi,idk if this is even a real thing but I have some really bad bruising,no appetite(I still eat regularly,i know I need to) and am losing weight,im usually 120 and am almost down to 105,and found a lump in my left breast the size of the tip of my finger,i was just wondering if I need to go to the dr. asap,i don't have insurance so I would have to save to go.i also have severe pains in my stomach when I stand mostly but sometimes when im sick,i have no idea what it would be causing it.
