hiii Doctor i am using a whey protein. previous week i am consult with doctor for skin problem doctor suggest me for blood test and my sgpt increased into 81 doctor suggest me not to take protein and go for daily protein .. today my sgpt is 48 can u please suggest me can i take protein or not if i take than sgpt is increasing or not .
