Hi,im 24 Year Old Male,my Symptoms Started Few Months Ago

hi,im 24 year old male,my symptoms started few months ago i started having diahrea and feeling like im going to vomit but i dont with pain in my intestins then a few days
went by and my symptoms were gone and after a month they came back but the pain was in the upper part of the stomach but the night before i felt the pain i felt that
i had no energy and kinda depressed then the same thing happend the symptoms came back after another month but lately the pain went to my left upper part of the 
stomach its like under the ribcage i have been told by some doctors that i should be tested for h.pylori and i have an appointment but its in a month .
