Hi.my 7 Year Old Developed A Red Raised Pimply Rash

hi.my 7 year old developed a red raised pimply rash with whiteheads on his chin. he had stiches and has a scar there from few months ago. he says it itches sometimes. any idea?he had eczema for the first 2 years of his life and I have eczema on hands and feet but this looks different. he is generally healthy. he is teething and just had a cold virus
