hi..my name is nupur from mumbai india.. i have a heel pain...calcaneous bone i think...have been to 3 orthopaedics and taken all medicines like medicines for vitamin d, calcium, even steroids..the pain subsides when i am at rest but escalates when im walkin or standing etc...i have bought insoles for heel and using them too...but no use still... the doc suspected it to be calcaneal spur but xray negates it. they say its planter fasciitis. I am getting it for the 2nd time. it had happened 2yrs ago as well. I am hlab27 positive. Could that be a possible reason of its recurrence? cud u pls advise what cud b the problem...
