hi..this is saravanan from kuwait..i'm taking ragi kanji daily in my breakfast..i have a problem vice uric, sugar and cholostrol too..can i take ragi daily basis? r any problem? last 1 week i have a pain in my kidney areas,not continuous, daily 1 r 2 times.pls suggest
