Hi,today In The Morning I Had Something Flower Like Brown

hi,today in the morning i had something flower like brown flake with pee for the first time, no pain during urination and in the evening had my period with cramping in lower abdomen which usually i do during my periods. Reason and remedy for it please suggest.
