Hiya - I Have Been Having Symptoms Of Food Wanting

hiya - i have been having symptoms of food wanting to come back into my throat, feeling of a lump in my throat, mild burning sensation after eating, wanting to burp etc My dr has prescribed pantoprazole and have been on these for nearly three months. The tablets have stopped the acid reflux that I used to get but still have the above symptoms. strength of tablets were 40 mg taking daily but because i was doing well dr lessened strength 20 mg and am now taking them every other day.. should i be concerned ?
