Hmmmm I Have A "tight" Chest And Mild Sore Throat.

hmmmm I have a "tight" chest and mild sore throat. I'm also getting a headache that increases then ebbs away... the tightness/discomfort is over my heart BUT I have had fibromyalgia in the past and woke up achy my Back continues to also Increase in Discomfort then ebb away....
I'm checking symptoms to calm my mind lol and ears. I think I just drank too much coffee today.
