How Can I Escape The Mental Anguish And Physical Hurt

how can I escape the mental anguish and physical hurt from losing a loved one (dad) with this being the first Christmas without him? please dont tell me to give it time, because it still hurts just the same as the night I found him dead of a heart attack.
