How Can I Know The Problem That My Right Lungs

how can i know the problem that my right lungs is itching and sometimes a litle pain,i always think it is because of my work.we use to carry heavy things sometimes. I want to know the symtoms of this itching.I do smoke but a packet of mariboro in three days. thanks
