How Can I Stop My Hair Fall M 27 Year

how can i stop my hair fall m 27 year old my weight is 70 and height is 5.6 only my father r bald from my father and mother side so i think it is a symptom due to genes but how can i control it and reduce the level of DHT
Also want to know that is there any possibility to regrowth hair?
