How Do I Know If The Plastic Surgeon I Used

how do I know if the plastic surgeon I used is good? I had to get a mastectomy did a implant and reconstruction on other breast one month later had to remove implant he said the surgeon scraped skin prob to thin to get all the cancer so why dident he wait and do expanions?i I have been so tramized crying daily cant even look at it and now have to wait till oct to do anything should I go some where else?
